What is stress? You hear it so many times, it seems to be part of our lives. It can be caused by a couple of things. It always starts with a thought process. Is it worth getting anxious about it? If you think it is, your body will react to these thoughts. When we feel that we can’t handle a certain situation and cope with the amount of pressure that we have been put under, we are under stress.
